  • How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Complete the wholesale application form on our website. Our team will review your information and contact you regarding approval.

Please include your store name, location, website, and a brief description of your business.

 

  • How long does approval take?

Most applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days.

 

  • Who can apply?

We work with selected museum stores, concept stores, boutiques, galleries, and specialty retailers worldwide.

 

  • Is there a minimum opening order?

The minimum opening order is USD 700/€700. Reorder requirements will be shared once your account is approved.

 

  • How do I place an order?

Once your wholesale account has been approved, you will receive access to our online wholesale portal.

After logging in, click on "Iskin Sisters Wholesale" in the upper left corner of the page to browse all available collections.

From there, you can view products, wholesale pricing, product details, and place orders online at any time.

 

  • Can I reorder products?

Yes.

You can place a new order from any collection available in the wholesale portal, or reorder products you have purchased previously.

If you need assistance locating a past item, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

  • Can I download your catalog?

Yes.

Approved wholesale partners can request our latest catalog and line sheets at any time.

 

  • Do you offer exclusive collections for museum stores?

Yes.

We regularly develop exhibition-inspired collections and custom programs for museum stores and cultural institutions.

If you have an upcoming exhibition, a specific artist, theme, or collection in mind, we would be delighted to explore ideas together and create a tailored proposal for your store.

 

  • What is your production lead time?

Because all Iskin Sisters pieces are handcrafted by female artisans in our Buenos Aires atelier, most wholesale orders require approximately 3–6 weeks for production.

Lead times may vary depending on the season, order size, and product availability. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

 

  • Where are your products made?

All Iskin Sisters pieces are handcrafted by female artisans in our atelier in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

We work with retailers worldwide and regularly supply museum stores, boutiques, and concept stores across North America, Europe, and Latin America.

Depending on the destination, we can offer ordering and shipping solutions that help simplify the purchasing process for retailers in the United States, Europe, and Argentina.
